  Rossen Real Estate are the most incompetent property managers I have ever dealt with. Urgent maintenance requests went ignored for months, communication and record keeping by the office was extremely poor, tried entering property without notice, blamed the property's structural defects on tenants.

  Returned the keys, and then three weeks later was threatened to clean up some areas or have cleaning fees deducted from my bond. No work ethic, communication skills were abhorrent and if you're a home owner do not list your property with them no matter how close to their offices. There were multiple issues with the house, and only after I signed off and returned the keys did I get multiple phone calls to arrange a time.

  Engaged Rossen real estate during the application process and was shown a lovely unit, was very impressed by their quick, and helpful staff who stayed late to assist with the application, and the agent at the viewing even had a tape measure to make sure furniture could fit. 10/10
